At Super Thin Ribbons, we take pride in the quality of every ribbon and medal we produce. Because our products are custom made to your specifications, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Restocking Fee
Unless a return is the result of an error on our part, a 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Condition
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be returned to our office in the same condition in which they were shipped. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for a full cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on where your order is in the process.
