I ordered a ribbon rack without realizing I had built it incorrectly. Before I even had a chance to reach out, customer service called me to confirm the error. They quickly corrected my mistake and rebuilt the order at no extra charge. When the new ribbon rack arrived, I compared it to my old one and was surprised to see how tarnished the old rack had become. Thank you for the excellent service—I truly appreciate it!

I have purchased several Navy ribbon racks, large medal racks, and small medal racks over the past 20 years and have always been impressed by the build quality. The ribbons and medals clearly stand out in a crowd and look incredible. Service and shipping has always been prompt and the professional look of the product is beyond reproach. My go-to company for ribbons and medals

Super Thin Ribbons is truly AMAZING!!! This is the second time I have ordered from them and have been extremely happy with the quality of their products both times! However, this second time though, they went above and beyond with EXCELLENT customer service! I called and spoke with Marcie on Monday afternoon at 4 pm CST and told her I needed my thin ribbons by NLT Wednesday night for an awards board that I was attending early Thursday morning. I asked her if it was possible to do a rush order and/or if this short-notice timeline was even doable in the first place. She said it was and proceeded to give me detailed instructions on exactly what I needed to do and write in the "special instructions" box on the website. I built my rack, called back to verify receipt, got the shipping notice the next day, (Tuesday afternoon) and my racks showed up at my door today Wednesday at 11:30 am MST and they both looked AWESOME!!! I have been a happy customer both times and will definitely use Super Thin Ribbons for all my future needs. I will also refer anyone else that may need thin ribbons to them as well. Thank you Marcie for your excellent customer service and thank you to everyone at Super Thin Ribbons for your excellent teamwork and making a lack of planning on my part, a priority on yours (even though you didn't have to) and getting these to me super fast!

Ordered from them while TDY and got my rack in a timely fashion. Payed great attention to detail on what ribbons I will be needing so that I wouldn’t have to re-purchase 6 months later. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
