The United States Military presents the World War II Victory Medal Ribbon to that person who served the armed forces In between 7 December 1941 and 31 December 1946. There are no duration criteria of service to be eligible for this medal ribbon. The ribbon is red and features a very thin vertical white stripe on each side of the medal, followed by rainbow colors on both sides till the end of the ribbon.
