The Navy Recruiting Ribbon is awarded to the United States Navy personnel who have completed three years of tour service with one of the Navy’s Major Recruiting Commands. The ribbon is yellow and bisected with a thin vertical red stripe at the center and flanked on both sides by dark blue vertical stripes, a thin yellow stripe, a green stripe, a wider yellow stripe, a thick dark blue stripe, and a thin vertical yellow stripe at the end of the ribbon.
