The Navy Expeditionary Medal is presented as a decoration by the United States Navy to felicitate the members of the Navy who have performed/participated in an operation against the enemy forces. The Ribbon is blue, with a thick vertical yellow stripe on either side and thin vertical blue stripes at each end.
