The United States Department of Navy awards the Navy Combat Action (NCA) Ribbon to the corps that have performed extremely well in maritime or on-ground combat. The NCA Ribbon has a central section consisting of thin vertical stripes section of red, white and blue, flanked by thick yellow vertical stripes on both sides of the center section and dark blue vertical stripe on the right edge, red vertical stripe on the left edge.
