The Asiatic Pacific Campaign Ribbon is presented by the United States Department of War and United States Department of Navy to the personnel who served in the United States Armed Force in the North Africa, Europe, or the Middle East region between December 7, 1941, and March 2 , 1946. The ribbon is green and bisected by thin vertical stripes of blue, white and red; to the right proceeding outward with a thick vertical green stripe, a thin Vertical stripe of red, white, and green, and brown edging, and to the left proceeding outward is a thick vertical green stripe, a thin band of vertical white, black, and white, and brown towards the end.
