The United States Department of Army and Department of Air Force presents Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon to the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) who have completed the basic leader course at NCO training school. The ribbon is bisected by a thick vertical dark blue section followed by a thin vertical yellow stripe, a thicker vertical green stripe, a yellow stripe, and a green stripe on either side.
