The Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal (APCM) is presented by the United States Department of War and United States Department of Navy to the personnel who served in the United States Armed Force for at least 30 days in the Asiatic-Pacific region between December 7, 1941, and March 2 , 1946. The Medal has armed soldiers carrying guns and patrolling in front of the ocean behind palm trees with an aircraft flying above. It also has an inscription reading Asiatic Pacific Campaign on top of the medal.
