The Air Force Good Conduct Medal (AFCGM) is awarded by the United States Armed Forces to enlisted United States Air Force personnel who have completed three years of uninterrupted and honorable service towards the United States Air Force. The Air Force Good Conduct Medal is bronze and has an eagle on top of a book and sword engraving at the center surrounded by engravings that read Efficiency, Honor, and Fidelity.
