All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Production time is usually 12 to 14 business days and does not include the day the order was placed or the shipping time. During busier periods (such as September for the Air Force Ball, October for the Navy Ball, or March for the Seabee Ball), processing time may be longer than usual.
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping — USPS Priority Mail (usually 2 to 3 business days, not guaranteed)
Overnight Shipping — USPS Express Priority Mail (overnight to most continental U.S. locations)

APO / FPO / AE / AA Addresses: USPS Express Priority does not guarantee overnight delivery to most APO and FPO locations. Packages are delivered overnight to the last mail processing center in the United States. Standard Priority Mail is estimated at 2 to 3 business days to reach the military mail hub; delivery time beyond that point cannot be estimated.
Please note: Selecting overnight shipping does not affect production time. If you have a specific need-by date due to a funeral, medical retirement, official photo, wedding, or other urgent situation, please call us at 940-851-6220 or email sales@superthinribbons.com so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Because our products are custom made to your specifications, please double-check your ribbon and medal selections before placing your order. Unless a return is the result of an error on our part, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Errors in sets ordered with incorrect ribbons or medals can often be corrected, but a service charge will apply. We can also update devices on an existing set for a small fee.
Ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If any issue arises, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve it.
Super Thin Ribbons stands behind the quality of every product we ship. Any ribbon rack or medal rack with pins, magnets, devices, or attachments that come loose at any time may be mailed back to us for repair free of charge.
Refunds for defective merchandise will not be issued after 30 days of receipt; however, items may be returned for repair at no charge beyond that period.
Please note: The warranty is voided if a rack is modified by anyone other than Super Thin Ribbons. The use of superglue will also void the warranty. Contact us before applying any adhesive and we will be happy to advise you.
